1. Walkthrough & estimate
We look at the carpeted areas, discuss your priorities, and provide a free, no-obligation estimate in person.

2. Confirm the plan
We agree which areas are included, how to access them, and any preparation needed before cleaning.

3. Wash the carpet
We clean the agreed areas using an approach suited to the carpet and its condition. We’ll discuss visible spots or concerns during the walkthrough.

4. Review the finished areas
We walk through the work with you and share any care or drying guidance relevant to the cleaning method used.
